Here are a few more of my Baltimore style blocks including this really hard to do basket. One of my favourites with a little bit of reverse applique in the tulips.
And these berries you see are stuffed for dimension.
In the meantime, I've been able to do a little bit of applique with these Princess Feathers from the Kim McLean pattern. This is the third block I'm working on. Oh and go and have a look at Cabbage Quilts, Cathy's new blog if you haven't already. She loves applique and is doing some fabulous colourful quilts.

janet again more delightful applique to feast our eyes on.
Last year I wanted to make the kim Mclean quilt too but it was a bit too pricey at the time. Yours color selection is stunning.
One day you will have to do a virtual tour of how all your quilts are displayed.
Enjoy your family.

Janet, you've just reminded me of how much I love the Baltimore style of applique. That was the main reason I took an applique class...to learn the different methods of applique in order that I may attempt it one day.
You've succeeded in making my heart beat just a little bit faster, which always seesm to happen when I see the wonderful thing you create and share on your blog.
Have a super day!
