Animal Alphabet

My sewing room looks like the jungle these animals came out of. I don't have a free surface in the room after pulling out fabrics to audition. The floor is littered with the paper off the back of the fusibles and I don't have the motivation to clean it up just yet. Maybe when I've finished fusing I'll get to that.
The pattern is Animal Alphabet from Don't Look Now.
I hope these made you smile. They'll come to life when the details are stitched in later.

    I remember seeing that quilt made up in a store while visiting Prescott, Arizona. It's wonderful! And a little bit of paper mess is so worth the end result.

    Hahaha...I love it...especially the turtles! I have that pattern too but haven't started it yet. I need to do some shopping to get the right fabrics for it.

    Love the fabric you chose for the goldfish. They all look great Janet and in anycase what is a bit of mess between friends.

    What a wild menagerie!! I think the sharks are cool--all of them are awesome. Fun colors & shapes--will be a neat animal quilt. It is always fun to see what you are up to & you made my day.

    When I first started scrolling, I thought: "oh, I love the pigs." "oh, I love the fish." They're all so cute, I don't think I can pick a favorite. Good job! I'll be checking back to see how the whole quilt turns out.
